Holiday Acrostic Had a very fun play date with a friend. And we also watched a video when Stampeylongose went to the End. On 19.7.2015 we to Kelly Taltons for a whole night. ( The stingray swimming above my head really gave me a fright). Last night an old friend of my mum 's came with an son called Lorence. I haven't seen him ever since. I really like the holidays (for the fun it really pays)! Days are fun and very short I really became the claustrophobic sort. At noon I fell sound asleep but was woken up by a loud birds peep. Yttrium became my favorite element the crystals they produced were really brilliant!

sinkholes
A sinkhole, also known as a cenote, sink, sink-hole,[1] shakehole,[2] swallet, swallow hole, or doline (the different terms for sinkholes are often used interchangeably[3]), is a depression or hole in the ground caused by some form of collapse of the surface layer. Some are caused by karst processes—for example, the chemical dissolution of carbonate rocks[4] or suffusion processes.[5] Sinkholes may vary in size from 1 to 600 m (3.3 to 2,000 ft) both in diameter and depth, and vary in form from soil-lined bowls to bedrock-edged chasms. Sinkholes may be formed gradually or suddenly, and are found worldwide.[6] On 2 July 2015, scientists reported that active pits, related to sinkhole collapses and possibly associated with outbursts, have been found on the comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko by the Rosetta space probe.[7][8]

Why the crocodile is a carnivore
After the Kiwi was chosen by Papatuanuku, the crocodile had been wanting to take the kiwi's place for centuries.Though he used to be a peaceful herbivore. He had a plan he would argue with Tanemahuta (although he knew there would be extremely unlikely that he would win).He went to Tanemahuta and started the quarrel, the argument lasted for several days until finally, the crocodile gave in.But to show his rage, he adapted a carnivorous appetite and that's how the crocodile became a carnivore.

The Pigeon
The pigeon had grey, white and pale blue plumage, it is so mischievous that it can wreck havoc even with helium balloon. It's cute plump appearance can flatter even the most disappointed of hearts. It is as cheeky as a middle aged monkey throwing fruit everywhere. Airborne as an albatross it can scale even the choppiest
of winds. The taste of a doughnut would bring it anywhere. Crazy as some with the delirium "mercury madness". The pigeon owns the cutest, furriest and most mischievous heart I have ever known.

The nervous body
What does your body do when you're nervous? So, when you feel an episode and panic taking over you. What is exactly happening in side your body? Most of the time it's increasing heart rate, uncontrolled breathing, sweating and fear. Sometimes when we are overwhelmed by stress and anxiety our bodies, we react by releasing adrenaline (or anxiety juice). You can think of adrenaline as the fuel behind lots of the symptoms and sensations that you endure. Adrenaline also known as epinephrine, is a hormone and neurotransmitter that activates the fight or flight mechanism in your brain and body. The fight or flight mechanism is turned on when on when your brain registers danger or high-stress situation. It's basically a survival tool that all animals have.
So what is hypertension?Hypertension, ( Hy-per-ten-shin) is abnormally low blood pressure. Blood pressure is the force of blood pushing against the walls of the arteries as the heart pumps out blood. Blood pressure is measured as systolic (sis-to-lic) and diastolic (dye-as-to-lic) pressures. Systolic refers to the blood when being pumped by the heart. Diastolic refers to the blood takes rests between beats. You most often will see with the systolic number above or below the diastolic number, such as 100/36 mmHg (the mmHg is the milliliters of mercury, used to measure blood pressure). Most blood pressure is the in adults is less than 120/80 mmHg. Hypertension is blood pressure that is lesser than 90/60 mmHg.
So does blood pressure change?Yes, Blood pressure doesn't stay normal all the time, it lowers while you sleep. And blood pressure can rise when your happy or excited. Your body is very sensitive to changes in blood pressure. For example if you stand up quickly, your blood pressure may drop for a short time. Your body adjusts your blood pressure to ensure that there is enough oxygen in the body, especially in the brain. Most forms of hypertension start because the body cannot bring blood pressure to normal or can't do it fast enough. some people have low blood pressure all the time, they just have no symptoms. And their low blood pressure is normal for them. For the most part, Hypertension is only a medical concern if it is linked to certain symptoms such as heart disease.
